Thank you for your interest in partnering with Summit Racing Equipment.
We are always looking for exciting products to market. This is our first step in the review of potential vendors. We will carefully examine all submissions and evaluate alignment with our needs and priorities. Vendors that demonstrate the best fit for our requirements will be contacted for next steps. Please complete and submit the following form to the best of your ability (not all fields are required). The information you provide helps our Category Leads begin the New Vendor Evaluation process. Include with your submission:

  • A price sheet showing Summit cost.
  • A popularity list for the product(s) you want Summit Racing to sell.

Does your company maintain product liability insurance and do you agree to have Summit Racing Equipment named as an additional insured?
Does your company have a Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy or Unilateral Pricing Policy?
Does your company have standardized product/application data available (i.e. ACES/PIES)?
Does your company have have high resolution (1200 pixel) images and a brand logo in vector format available?
Does your company's products have UPCs or scannable barcodes on the packaging?
Does your company have the ability (through EDI or manual uploads) to supply current inventory levels?
Does your company have the ability to process dropship orders?
Does your company have a threshold by weight, dollars, or units that qualifies purchase orders for prepaid or discounted freight?
Does your company have an advertising or marketing co-op policy?
